untitled The Family Court Turkey: Who Gets That “Award” In Your Case?

Administrator’s Note: This is the first of a three-part series we call the “Thanksgiving Trilogy” or Turkey Trilogy. The entire series was first published on Thanksgiving Day 2016. And now we are featuriung it each day in succession on Black Friday weekend. With all the uncompensated work we have put into our joint reform efforts over the years, we have neither the resources nor the time to make it viral. We leave that to you, our fellow victims, tortured as you must be right now. So kindly pick one, pick them all, and make good therapy of your time by sending them out to the world. Send it to your representative in Congress or state legislature, a commission, good government group, your lawyer, even your parent “adversary.” Maybe you’ll be very happy you did.

Writ as a parent and victim of retributions by our divorce and family courts

Join Supreme Court Petition for Shared Parenting and Judicial Accountability

Welcome to Leon Koziol.Com

By Dr. Leon R. Koziol of the Parenting Rights Institute

I am proposing an extraordinary writ from the Supreme Court to hear its first ever shared parenting case mandated by the Constitution and proper accountability for the routine violations of basic rights in our nation’s divorce and family courts.

Unlike the standard petitions for writ under Rule 14 of the Supreme Court, I will be filing under Rule 2o. It is a rarely used form of petition “in aid of the court’s jurisdiction.”

In this case I am maintaining that undue obstacles put in the way of parents in our federal and state domestic courts ultimately impair access to our high court contrary to due process and Article III of the Constitution.

I will file for this writ as a parent and victim of retributions by our divorce and family courts but only if a sufficient number join.

You don’t have to be a litigant or victimized parent but you must have incurred some kind of harm from this system to justify your participation.

You can do so at no charge although we rely on donations or purchases by clicking here.

You will join as a separate petitioner and not as a party represented by me. I am not acting as a legal advisor. This is a bold and timely petition seeking greater access for parents before our high court.I will ask that a Special Master be appointed to investigate an epidemic in these courts with hearings held around the country should the Court accept this petition.

I will be publishing a series of posts here at www.leonkoziol.com to explain the content and objectives over the next few weeks.

If a sufficient number of parents or court victims join, I will prepare the petition for viewing. You can retain counsel if you like and a period will be set aside from the time of publication here for you to withdraw your participation in the event you disapprove of any aspect of that completed petition. You can also offer input or modifications but keep in  mind that I have little assistance and resources. My time is better spent here and your time can be ideally applied to viral assistance, recruitment and donations.

The tentative issues follow:

Federal officials have reversed their claim that they have “equal rights” to children to raise them

WND EXCLUSIVE

FEDS ABANDON ‘EQUAL RIGHTS‘ CLAIM TO RAISE YOUR KIDS

‘Much work to be done before decades of federal overreach is reversed’

Federal officials have reversed their claim that they have “equal rights” to children to raise them, a claim that stirred outrage in many quarters of America when it was first made a few months back.

The claim originally was included in a draft policy by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education and generously allowed that parents, too, should be allowed to help raise their own children along with the government, through various programs.

The document, the “Draft Policy Statement on Family Engagement From the Early Years to the Early Grades,” stated at the time: “It is the position of the departments that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences.”

That one sentence, wrote William A. Estrada, the director of federal relations policy for the Home School Legal Defense Association, “unmasks the federal government’s true philosophy behind decades of federal involvement in welfare, kindergarten through 12th grade education spending and policies, programs like Head Start, and now the push to create universal early education for young children from birth through age 5: the federal government believes that its role is equal with the role of parents.”

See what American education has become, in “Crimes of the Educators: How Utopians Are Using Government Schools to Destroy America’s Children.”

The newest release of the statement, however, now provides that, “Families are children’s first and most important teachers, advocates, and nurturers. Strong family engagement in early childhood systems and programs is central – not supplemental – to promoting children’s healthy intellectual, physical, and social-emotional development; preparing children for school; and supporting academic achievement in elementary school and beyond. Research indicates that families’ involvement in children’s learning and development impacts lifelong health, developmental, and academic outcomes.”

The HSLDA had blasted the earlier statement, in fact, dispatching Estrada to meet with senior officials from the U.S. Department of Education and “personally” explaining the significant issues with the draft statement, including opposition from parents to the “bureaucratic arrogance.”

The change is a very mich improved version, the HSLDA pointed out, making clear that “families have strong and sustained effects on children’s learning, development, and wellness.”

“Despite this victory,” the group explained. “there are other problems with the document that remain. The document’s working definition of ‘family’ still includes not only a child’s parents or legal guardians, but ‘all adults who interact with early childhood systems in support of their child, to include biological, adoptive, and foster parents; grandparents; legal and infromal guardians; and adult siblings.’”

HSLDA exlained, “In situations where conflict may exist between a child’s parents and other family members regarding educational choices, this still quite broad definition of family is not hepful for clarity regarding parental rights in education.”

The organization explained, “There is much work to be done before decades of federal overreach in K-12 education is reversed.”

The document does still include a suggestion that families and institutions “partner” to give children better results in school.

WND reported the original plan by the government was to “systematically” engage families about their own children.

“At HSLDA, we believe that these statements reveal these agencies’ true beliefs: that a child’s God-given family does not matter. Family is whomever or whatever the government says it is,” Estrada wrote at the time.

He cited other government agendas, such as pushing the political correctness in Common Core, “dangerous U.N. treaties,” as well as suggestions for universal preschool.

EQUALITY 4 MEN
Fathers and Equality - 2015-16

4455793558_b3fecf50e7The equality4men campaign is concerned with the inequalities that impact men and boys of all backgrounds at every stage of life. The years when boys first enter adulthood are the most vulnerable years of most men’s lives.

The following list of 10 reasons we need equality for young men is drawn from our eBook Equality For Men which you can buy today.

1. Life Expectancy ~  In England and Wales, boys and young men aged 15 to 24 are two and a half times more likely to die than women and girls of the same age.

2. Premature Death ~  Compared with women of the same age, young men are four times more likely to die in an accident, four times more likely to kill themselves and three times more likely to be murdered. On average, five young men die prematurely every single day and most of these deaths are avoidable.

3. Murder ~  Young men are three times more likely to be murdered than young women with 3 young men being murdered every week in England & Wales.Violence and Crime linked to fatherlessness - 2015

Millions of Children

Number of Single Mother Households

Twenty Two Million Missing Children!?

A University of Chicago study found that in just 26 years the number of married couples with children decreased 71%, and the percent of adults who were married decreased from 75% to 56%, which is evidence of an absolutely shocking cultural implosion.  At the same time, the number of unmarried households with no children increased 230%, the number of children in single-mother households increased 417%, and the number of children living with neither parent increased 1,440%.  Only 51% of American children, or 36.4 million of them, lived with both parents, and 18.2%, or 13 million of them, lived with a single parent, in 1998.   This left 31% of the nation’s children, or 22 million of them, living with neither parent.

The US Statistical Abstract, Table 76, confirms the figures from this study by using different terms and arriving at a similar figure for children who are not living with at least one parent.  This table shows that 25.7 million children live in “two parent family groups”, and that 11.9 million live in single parent households, leaving 22.5 million children living with neither parent.  10 million of these 11.9 million children live in single-mother households where they are twenty times more likely to be fatally abused than children living with their families.

Why call families “two parent family groups”?  Because as many as 13 million of these 25.7 million children now living with “two parents” are actually living with step-parents, most of them step-fathers, where they are seven times more likely than children living with families to be sexually abused.

familygroups.gif (38994 bytes)

That is bad enough by itself, but where are these 22 million children if they aren’t with either parent?  It’s truly hard to imagine that they could all be with other remote relatives, in foster homes, or in the care of Child Protective Services.

How did we get to this state?  How could and why did the country which was once the paragon of social stability suddenly subject 22 million children to a parentless upbringing, and another 11.6 million to the physical, emotional, financial, educational, and psychological abuse of single-mother households, and another 13 million to step-parents, without our knowing about it?   78% of the nation’s jail and prison inmates grew up in a fatherless household, even though only 15% of today’s adult population grew up fatherless.  This makes adults who grew up fatherless 20 times more likely to be imprisoned than adults who grew up with a father present.  At any one time, more than 5% of those who grew up fatherless in this country are in prison, and now almost half of the nation’s children are growing up without a father who, when they become adults, will be 20 times as likely to be imprisoned and 8 times as likely to commit murder.

Do they commit more crimes?  Of the 24,926 murders in 1994, 14,660 were committed by the 30 million Americans who grew up fatherless, and only 10,304 were committed by the 170 million who grew up in father headed families.

Why are they so much more likely to go to prison when the rate at which they commit crimes is only 6-8 times greater than the rate at which children of non-SMHs commit crimes?  If they were only 8 times more likely to go to prison rather than 20 times, 936,000 of the 1,560,000 inmates in prison right now who grew up fatherless wouldn’t be there. This would be only 624,000 in prison, still a huge number, but only 40% of the current figure.Fatherless

The recent decrease in the murder rate was due solely to a temporary decrease in the age group between 15-24 which commits the most crimes.  When that age group increases to its regular level, coupled with the increase in the percent of fatherless children becoming adults, the murder rate will begin its long term, rapid acceleration to 12 murders per 100,000 population within the next 20 years.  The additional 33.6 million fatherless children added to the already 30 million adults who grew up fatherless, will cause the murder and incarceration rates to reach unprecedented levels.  A linear projection of the known data shows that we can expect fatherlessness to cause an extra 2.8 million American citizens to be in prison and an extra 25,000 American citizens to be murdered annually.  Instead of our already record high incarceration rate of 730 per 100,000 population, it will be 1,100, and instead of the already record high murder rate of 10.5 murders per 100,000 population in 1991, it will be 12.

homicideus.gif (12832 bytes)

Why are these other 936,000 adults who grew up fatherless now in prison if they aren’t committing more crimes than this? Why are these adults 2.5 times more likely to be imprisoned than they are to commit a crime?

The answer is related to the source of the 22 million children now living with neither parent.  Fathers and mothers aren’t abandoning their children–government bills like CAPTA, VAWA, and thousands of other hideous programs are subverting the families of these children and placing them in harm’s way.  But where did they come from and where did they go?

1,262,000 children were born to unwed mothers in 1997, which means that 20 million children have been born to unwed mothers in the last twenty years.  Another 24 million have been subjected to the vagaries the nation’s corruptible divorce courts.   This is 44 million children who SHOULD be with either a remarried mother or father, or a single mother or father, but half of them, or 22 million, are NOT.

Fathers who believe the court system is “unfair” haven’t seen one ten millionth of what is unfair.  “Unfair” doesn’t even begin to characterize putting HALF of the nation’s children who have been placed under the jurisdiction of the state in a fatherless environment, and putting another 11.6 million in an SMH where they are guaranteed to be at greater risk of abuse. Congress is not implementing a casual prescription for disaster–they are consciously implementing an intentional, well planned blueprint for the systematic destruction of our society.

An Urgent Call to Action: Let’s Make America Great Again! | Leon Koziol.ComA Plea To The Trump Campaign

Administrator’s Note: In yesterday’s post we introduced you to Moms and Dads for Trump or MAD for Trump, a new political action group that has been well received over the past 24 hours.  Today, we are calling upon visitors to LeonKoziol.Com for your help!

For years now, you knew there was something wrong with the system. Like many parents, you may have even doubted yourself. Until now, the pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together. The chickens are coming home to roost. It’s no longer a secret what’s happening all around us. The parallels between what both Mr. Koziol and Mr. Trump have said, are virtually identical. Unfortunately, the retaliation and the attacks by the establishment for exposing the truth have also come with a hefty price tag for both gentleman.

As the 2016 presidential election cycle unfolds, it should be no surprise that Mr. Trump’s message of exposing corruption is no different than what Mr. Koziol and many parents alike have been saying all along about our nation’s domestic relations courts here in America. Our government is operating under the collectivist notion that parents no longer have a right to parent their offspring – but rather, our children belong to the state and it’s your obligation to finance such a scheme or risk going to jail.

Folks, this is serious business. Therefore, we are asking you to copy the following letter, sign it and mail it to the Trump campaign at your earliest convenience.

Your children and future generations are counting on you to take action now! Unlike other movements, we are not advocating violence, riots or political disruption.  All we are asking for, is to be treated with respect by our government.

Only one candidate has the potential to bring about meaningful reform for both parents and children. That candidate is Donald Trump. Let’s help put Mr. Koziol in touch with his campaign and do our part to make America great again!

Trump Campaign Headquarters
725 5th Ave. – 5th Floor
New York, NY 10022

Dear Trump Campaign Representative:

I’d like to bring to your attention the name of an individual with many Trump-like similarities who was once described by the Upstate New York media as a “prominent attorney” when he first ran for congress in 2006.

He has previously appeared in the New York Times, on the news program, “60 Minutes” with Morley Safer and on CNN. His name is Leon Koziol, and like Mr. Trump, he too has come under attack by the establishment ever since he first began publicly speaking out against and exposing judicial corruption within our third branch of government. Specifically, in matters relating to the destruction of the traditional family unit in our nation’s domestic relations courts, where otherwise cooperating and unsuspecting parents are routinely forced to fight for their offspring in a barbaric process known as a “custody battle.”

The net result of these proceedings has amounted to a substantial loss of productivity in America, countless suicides, derailed plans for your children’s future – a perfect recipe for a homeland security nightmare as the ominous signs continue to be ignored. Meanwhile, the lawyers, judges, forensic experts and other occupants of Hillary Clinton’s politically correct Utopian village, comprised of the far left, establishment right, United Nations and mainstream news media, continue to play along with this charade while ensuring themselves both profits and job security within “the system” all the while parents and children suffer. At the same time, this self-serving cast of misfit characters are quick to use their political powers to quell any dissent that dares to undermine their precious egos or question their authority. After all, this is America, and “stuff” like this is only supposed to happen in third world countries – so we’re told anyways!

Any attempt to publicly expose, organize, create awareness and remedy such an insidious agenda, immediately results in the discrediting or “killing of the messenger,”for the purpose preventing any sort of populous uprising. As such, and in the instance of Mr. Koziol, he has experienced a similar fate and mounting losses, nothing short of horrific, including his ability to practice law, protracted denials for reinstatement, an onslaught of character assignation attempts as well as the undeserved deprivation of his children after almost 10 long years of needless court controversies, despite the fact that he has NEVER been charged with or committed a single crime. Perhaps, the only thing that Mr. Koziol is guilty of, is standing up to this very same the system, which has not only financially bankrupted him, but demonized, vilified and denied him any sense of credibility in the public eye. However, given all of these obstacles, much Like Mr. Trump, he’s still standing and not taking a back seat to his countless adversaries.

Afters surviving a recent gag order and numerous attempts to suppress his First Amendment rights, Mr. Koziol continues to operate a website under the constant threat of incarceration, called LeonKoziol.Com. He has earned both a national and global following for his tireless efforts to stand up for the little guy. I firmly believe that he would be a valuable asset to the Trump campaign given his successful civil rights background. Furthermore, I also believe that he would be a strong point of contact for your Upstate New York and national organizing efforts.

Therefore, I strongly encourage you reach out to Mr. Koziol in an effort to connect with another like-minded individual who exemplifies the Trump spirit and has the same desire and willingness to make America great again! Mr. Koziol can be reached at (315) 796-4000.

Sincerely,

John Q. Public
